All orders are shipped through USPS Priority mail. DOMESTIC shipping at this time only. Once payment has been received, you will receive all tracking notifications through email/text based on your preference selection . Items are shipped within 7-14 business days items are handmade with love as you order and some are made in small amounts prior. Please do not contact about order unless it has been over 14 business day.
My Package is lost, damaged or stolen!
Once packages have been placed in the hands of USPS carriers , it is no longer our responsibility.Once packages are in the hands of the carrier and states that it is DELIVERED, if you believe that your package is lost or stolen please contact the carrier and then email us with the claim number they provide you. ***NO REFUNDS ALL SALES ARE FINAL***.
If package is deemed lost or stolen by carrier items that are available will be replaced if not store credit will be given.

***If a package is returned back to me I will reach out , you will be responsible in paying a fee to have the package resent. If address is incorrect you have 24 hours to email us with order number, after you need an address change after 24 hours, a fee is required to update address.
